TJ Pe joined COPE Health Solutions in August 2023 as the Program Manager for Providence St. Joseph Hospital of Orange. As Program Manager, Mr. Pe oversees day-to-day operations the Health Scholar and Care Navigator programs at the hospital. He is enthusiastic about student and professional development and looks forward to further developing our programs and relationships at St. Joseph’s and other client sites.

Prior to joining the team, Mr. Pe has 7 years of experience  working in student services and higher education. Most recently, he was Assistant Director for University Student Affairs and Marshall B Ketchum University.  He has extensive experience in recruitment, admissions, student affairs, and program management for several different health care disciplines such as medicine, pharmacy, podiatry, physician assistant studies, and nursing. In addition to his experience in education, he has management experience in banking, finance, sales, and executive staffing.

Mr. Pe has earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration/finance at California State University-Fullerton and his master’s degree in leadership development/higher education at Chapman University. He is very excited to utilize his experience and education to bring value to COPE Health Solutions and advance his career with the company. Outside of work, Mr. Pe enjoys sports, live music, and spending time with his two dogs – Chopper and Juno.
